Full Coaching Bundle (Training and Nutrition): Both services together. This is the most complete coaching option we offer, and for most people, the most cost-effective way to see real, consistent results.

Your Training Program
When you open the app, your workout is already built. Our coaches write a program specific to your goals, your schedule, and your body. No templates, no recycled plans. Every program starts with an in-person consultation and a detailed intake questionnaire covering your goals, injury history, and training availability.
A five-day program, for example, might look like this:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Biceps and Triceps
Each movement shows your prescribed sets and reps. You log your weight and reps after each set, tap the green checkmark, and hit Complete when you are done. Next session, your previous weights pre-populate automatically so you always know your baseline.
That same data feeds into your coach’s dashboard in real time. We can see your weekly volume at a glance, whether you are progressing, plateauing, or pulling back. If something is going wrong, we see it before you do.

Exercise Videos and Technique Guidance
Every movement in your program includes a technique video. We are currently replacing the animated demos with real footage of our own coaches, walking through each exercise with specific cues for where to push, where to pull, and how to feel the right muscle working. Those upgrades are in progress.
Substituting a Movement
If a movement causes pain or discomfort, say, hack squats are bothering your patellar tendon, the app lets you swap it for an alternative like a Smith machine squat or chair squat. For anything else, contact your coach through in-app messaging so the change is made intentionally and your overall programming stays aligned.
Your Nutrition Plan
Your nutrition plan is written by a coach, not generated by an algorithm. It is built around your specific goals, body composition, and metabolic rate.
Daily macro targets, meal structure, and a full food library are pre-loaded into the app. If you need to swap a food, your coach handles it on the backend to keep your daily totals accurate.
