Honest note: if you've never really trained consistently, or you've fallen off two or three times, 24/7 access on its own probably isn't what gets you over the line. The flexibility is great, but flexibility doesn't give you a plan.


  • Group Classes + 24/7 Access: For the Person Who Needs the Energy of a Room


This is our Gold tier. Everything in Silver, plus access to all our group fitness classes — HIIT, Zumba, yoga, kickboxing-style fitness, and more.

It fits people who do better when someone else picks the workout, when there's a class on the schedule waiting for them, and when there are other people sweating next to them. The accountability is built in.
